Terms and Conditions

1. All hired items remain the property of Devon Bales and Event Hire.

2. The Hirer or Hirer's representative is responsible for any loss or damage to equipment from when the items are delivered until the items are collected. 

​

3. Bale loss or damage will be charged an additional 50% off the hire price. We understand that the odd bale can be broken when being moved around, however, if several bales have been broken during your event, an additional 50% of the hire price will be charged. Loss or damage of all other event hire equipment will be charged at full cost price.

4. The Hirer or Hirer's representative is responsible for the items being covered by their own insurance with regards to loss, theft, damage and public liability risks. Devon Bales and Event Hire accept no liability for any fault or claim.

5. Deliveries and collections are quoted for a 'door to door' service. Our charges allow for the loading and unloading of items no more than 10 metres from our vehicle. If a delivery or collection requires further assistance, extra charges may be applied.

6. Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, the following charges apply:

Up to 7 days before hire - Full Refund (excluding deposit).

- Within 7 days of hire date - NO Refund available.
